Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

    • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or pet hair

    • In original packaging with tags attached

Due to hygiene and quality standards, worn or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We recommend when returning the item that you use a trackable postage method. We are not responsible if the item gets lost upon returning the item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear once processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and make it right.
