We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or pet hair

In original packaging with tags attached

Due to hygiene and quality standards, worn or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We recommend when returning the item that you use a trackable postage method. We are not responsible if the item gets lost upon returning the item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
